CSAs provides general administrative supportto Claims Departments. Autoplan Processing Support Services Representative

A temporary (6-month) full-time Autoplan Processing Support Services Rep at the North Vancouver head office.  Employees in this role perform a variety of functions for the department including processing requests for vehicle information, financial transactions and reviewing/updating a variety of database systems on behalf of the Call Center departments. This includes clerical support and cash/credit card reconciliations.

Key Requirements for Both Positions:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining high attention to details
  • Min. typing speed 40 wpm, with 90% accuracy and data entry speed of 5000 net key strokes per hour with a 95% accuracy
